Never provide anyone with a cryptocurrency private key, wallet recovery phrase, banking password or account password. Chem-Yo support does not need these credentials to confirm a payment.
Paying With Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency transactions require additional care because blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after confirmation.
Verify the Network
Make sure the cryptocurrency and blockchain network selected in your wallet match the payment instructions provided for the order.
Verify the Address
Check the complete destination wallet address before sending. Do not rely on an address provided by an unrelated third party.

Problems With an Order?

Tracking Hasn’t Updated
Newly created tracking numbers may not display movement immediately. Allow the carrier time to scan the shipment into its network before assuming the shipment is lost.

Payment Not Confirmed
Provide your order number and appropriate transaction reference or payment confirmation information. Do not send passwords or private security credentials.
